Tenant Representation

A tenant representative or "Tenant Rep" broker represents only the interest of the tenant in a lease transaction.  At Matrix Realty Group our Tenant Rep services include:tenant rep

    Analyzing and understanding Tenant’s requirements (size, layout, timing, etc.)
    Analyzing and understanding Tenant’s line of business and rental budget
    Survey the market to find all available properties that meet Tenant’s requirements
    Arrange and coordinate client tours
    Serve as a buffer between Tenant and the Landlord
    Create a bidding war among several landlords for your business
    Prepare RFP’s (request for proposals)
    Prepare LOI’s (letter of intent)
    Analyze proposal responses (counter offers)
    Prepare a complete financial analysis for Tenant
    Coordinate space planning (making sure the layout works)
    Negotiate Price, Rate and Terms and negotiate for market concessions
    In many cases market concessions include free rent, TI allowances and moving allowances
    Help coordinate lease drafts and final lease documents
    Generally assist in any other issues and answer all questions so that the Tenant can make an educated and informed leasing decision
